Beauty and care goes hand-in-hand. You cannot get a glowing skin overnight or by visiting a parlour once in a month. Beautiful skin free of blemish requires a beauty regimen that you need to follow every day and results will follow. Here are a few beauty tips that will give you radiant skin.

Healthy diet

Your skin reflects what you eat. Eat a healthy diet full of nutrition. Include whole grains, lean proteins and lots of fresh vegetables and fruits to give your skin a natural glow. Drink lots of water as it keeps your skin hydrated.

Sun protection

Sun's harmful rays causes pigmentation and wrinkles. Try to avoid going out in the sun between 10 AM to 4 PM. Apply a sunscreen at least 20 minutes before you go out in the sun. In case you sweat a lot then reapply the sunscreen.

Avoid smoking

Smoking leads to collagen and elastin damage. It causes wrinkles and makes your skin appear older than your age. Smoking affects the skin by narrowing the blood vessles in the skin's outermost layer. This results in less blood flow and oxygen to your skin, making it appear dull.

Pamper your skin

Your skin is very sensitive, so make efforts to treat it gently. Make sure that you use lukewarm water and not hot water for bathing. Cleanse your body using a mild soap or cleanser. Moisturize your skin using a good product that suits your skin type.
