Before you hit the bed at night there are certain beauty essentials that you cannot ignore. The 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night, is the period when your skin regenerate itself. However tired or sleepy you are, make it a point to go through these beauty regimen before sleeping.
Moisturisation
Follow the cleansing-toning-moisturisation routine every day before sleeping. Apply a good nourishing cream to help skin regeneration at night while you are sleeping.
Under-eye care
Just sleeping for eight hours is not enough to refresh the skin around your eyes. Use a good quality under-eye cream or serum to get rid of wrinkles and dark circles. This will make your skin appear youthful and fresh in the morning.
Hair care
If you have unmanageable and frizzy hair apply some hair serum before you hit the bed. But wet your hair before applying the serum. When you wake up in the morning your hair will be more manageable.
