It's not enough to take care of your skin during the day. Before you hit the bed you need to follow certain beauty essentials. Here are a few nighttime beauty regime that you can adopt.
Apply an overnight cream after cleansing your skin. This will help to renew and revitalize your skin.
Apply a lip balm before sleeping to avoid cracked and chapped lips. A lip balm keeps your lips hydrated throughout the night. Your lips become soft and supple in the morning when you wake up.
