Narendra Modi Talks About Golden Era

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has addressed his council of ministers amid cabinet reshuffle speculations. The meeting took place at the newly built convention centre, Pragati Maidan, where the G-20 summit is scheduled in September. The meeting went on for 5 hours and Modi was tuning up the ministers for the upcoming Parliament elections in 2024.

Narendra Modi also asked the Council of Ministers to focus on 2047, the centenary year of Independence. He described 2047 as the ‘Amrit Kaal’ (Golden Era). He predicted that in the coming 25 years, India will be far more than expected with changes in technologies in various sectors. He asked the ministers to concentrate on infrastructure development and also issues like cryptocurrency regulations, digital infrastructure and many more urgent requirements. He also addressed global challenges and the country's progress.

Besides this Narendra Modi asked the ministers to prepare for the upcoming elections and asked them to project the success stories in their government and also welfare schemes of the government through social media, which is easily feasible access with the public. He asked the ministers for the collective agenda. Narendra Modi after the meeting tweeted, “A fruitful meeting with the Council of Ministers, where we exchanged views on diverse policy related issues.”
