A total number of 34,113 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours in India. 91,930 people recovered completely from coronavirus in the last 24 hours. 346 people passed away in India yesterday and the total death tally climbed to 5,09,011. The total number of reported cases of coronavirus in India are said to be 4,26,65,534 and the total number of recoveries are said to be 4,16,77,641. There are 4,78,882 active cases in the country which is equal to 1.12 percent of the total cases. The total number of vaccination doses administered in India are said to be 1,72,95,87,490. The new cases saw a huge decline in the country and the third wave of the pandemic is almost completed.

USA is on the top of the list with 7,77,35,068 reported cases and India stands second. Brazil, France and United Kingdom are the countries that are in the top five among the most impacted countries. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the total samples tested for Covid-19 in total till date are 75,18,03,766 and the samples tested yesterday are 10,67,908. India reported 24 percent decline in the new cases of coronavirus. 70 percent of the Indian children aged between 15 and 18 years received their first dose of coronavirus vaccine as per the reports from the Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya. 1.47 crore children received the vaccination completely.
