Sharp rise in the new cases of Coronavirus in India

The second wave of coronavirus is all around the country and a total number of 81,466 new cases are reported in the country in the last 24 hours. The total caseload in the country touched 1,23,02,110. Maharashtra continued to deliver a huge number of cases and the state reported 43,183 cases in the last 24 hours. 469 people passed away in the country taking the total death toll reach 1.63 lakhs. The total number of recoveries in the country reached 1,15,25,039 and there aare 6,14,696 cases in the country currently. The total number of people who got vaccinated in the country till date are said to be 6,87,89,138.

Globally more than 13 crore people got infected with coronavirus and 29 lakh people died of the deadly virus across the globe. The government of Madhya Pradesh imposed a lockdown in four districts: Chhindwara, Ratlam, Betul and Khargone. Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar got admitted to hospital after he is unwell. Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray will interact with the people of the state this night at 8:30 PM. Indian scientists predict that the second wave of coronavirus will reach the peaks this month. Pune will have night curfews from 6 PM to 6 AM. Telangana reported 965 new cases which is the highest in the recent times.
