As China blocked resolution to designate Jaish-e-Mohammed Chief Masood Azhar as Global Terrorist, Congress President Rahul Gandhi launched a fresh attack at Prime Minister Narendra Modi by saying that PM Modi is weak and scared of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Rahul Gandhi attacked the Prime Minister and said that he had not spoken about China blocking of UN resolution.    

“Weak Modi is scared of Xi. Not a word comes out of his mouth when China acts against India. NoMo’s China Diplomacy: 1. Swing with Xi in Gujarat 2. Hug Xi in Delhi 3. Bow to Xi in China,” Congress President said on Twitter.

Congress party questioned Bharatiya Janta Party and Narendra Modi of what was the use of all the swinging with Xi.

The Congress party on its official twitter handle said, “With China having blocked our bid to designate Masood Azhar a global terrorist, the question on every Indian's mind is, what was the use of all the swinging with Modi & President Xi? A terrorist responsible for such bloody murders is let off the hook again by the BJP.”

India’s bid to list the Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist suffered a setback with China on Wednesday March 13, putting a technical hold on a proposal to ban him.

The fresh proposal to designate JeM Chief under the 1267 Al Qaeda Sanctions Committee of the UN Security Council was moved by France, the United Kingdom and the US on February 27 after terror attack in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. The terror group JeM has claimed responsibility of the suicide bombing.

Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala said that is a sad day in the global fight against terrorism.

“China blocking Masood Azhar's designation as global terrorist reaffirms Chinese position of being an inseparable ally of terrorism’s breeding ground-Pakistan Sadly,Modiji's Foreign Policy has been a series of Diplomatic Disasters,” he tweeted.

Bharatiya Janata Party hits out at Congress President Rahul Gandhi on his tweet on Masood Azar’s blocked listing.

"China wouldn't be in UNSC had your great grandfather not 'gifted' it to them at India’s cost. India is undoing all mistakes of your family. Be assured that India will win the fight against terror.Leave it to PM Modi while you keep cosying up with the Chinese envoys secretly," the BJP tweeted.
