Prime Minister Narendra Modi has put his words at the international conclave on ‘Globalizing Indian Thought’, at IIM Kozhikode, on Thursday. He addressed the thought of India being vibrant and diverse and described it being constant and evolving.

Narendra Modi also added saying that the world has been welcomed to India for centuries now and the civilization of the country India has prospered. He gave the credits to peace and harmony which can be found in India which in turn lead to the country being prospered.

Certain ideals which have remained central to the values of India were being addressed which included compassion, harmony, justice, service and openness. Prime Minister Narendra Modi added saying that the ideals that are mention have been championed by Mahatma Gandhi in the 20th century which lead to the contribution to the freedom of India. He also said that, these ideals were the reason which provided strength to millions outside.

Narendra Modi has mentioned the Indian way to avoid conflict is with the power of a dialogue but not by any brute force as he described the Indian way of life as provision of a ray of hope, in the world which is seeking to break free from violence, terrorism, hate.

He has also addressed about the life-sized statue of Swami Vivekananda that is present at the campus and said that talking about globalizing Indian though at IIM Kozhikode is no mere coincidence.
