Generally fish curry soup is prepared by the tamarind, but we can also have the soup with lemon soup and groundnut powder. The required ingredients and procedure can as follows:
Ingredients:
Fish pieces-6 slices
5 big size lemons
Ground nut (peanut) powder 5 grams
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt -2 gram
Clove, coriander, cardamom mixed paste
Green chilly 5
Oil-50 ml
Turmeric powder-tsp
Procedure:
After switching on the stove we have to keep pan, we need to add oil, after reaching the required temperature chopped green chillies, onion, cloves, turmeric powder should be fried and then we have to add ground nut powder paste, salt and red chilly powder, after the paste becoming brownish color we have to pour the lemon water (soup), after mixing all we can keep fish slices in arranged fashion, we need to let that compound boil/fried for 5-10 minutes. Then we can garnish the food with coriander, carrot, onion, cucumber pieces while serving.
