Jammu is about to be ignited with political excitement as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah prepare to deliver crucial election speeches in the region on April 12 and April 9 respectively. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a prominent figure of Hindutva ideology known for his provocative rhetoric, will also hold a significant rally in Kathua on April 10. Yogi is a key campaigner for the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir. On April 12, Modi is scheduled to headline an electrifying election rally for BJP candidate Jitendra Singh (Udhampur-Doda) at Modi Ground in Udhampur. The Udhampur-Doda segment will vote on April 19 in the initial phase of the Lok Sabha elections. This will mark Modi's third rally in Jammu and Kashmir this year, following rallies at M A Stadium, Jammu on February 20 and Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar on March 7.

Prior to Modi's rally, Amit Shah, the influential mastermind behind the BJP's election strategy, will address an election rally at Raipur-Domana on April 9 in support of BJP candidate Jugal Kishor Sharma from Jammu. The BJP's plan for the area will be outlined at a major rally, according to a party leader. Additionally, in the third phase of elections, Shah will likely address another rally in the border district of Poonch for the Anantnag-Rajouri-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency. Both BJP candidates, Jitendra Singh and Sharma, are seeking re-election from Udhampur and Jammu seats, respectively, after winning two consecutive terms in 2014 and 2019.

Following the revocation of Article 370 in August 2019, the political landscape in Jammu and Kashmir has undergone significant changes. The BJP's aggressive campaign strategy demonstrates its determination to strengthen its position in the region. As the electoral battle intensifies, all attention is focused on Modi and Shah as they set out to shape the future of Jammu and Kashmir.
