Union Cabinet Reshuffle Likely In July 2nd Week

Amid the strong buzz of a cabinet reshuffle, union ministers and party senior leaders are meeting BJP national president JP Nadda on Wednesday. Jyotiraditya Scindia, Prahlad Singh Patel, Sunil Jakhar, Mansukh Mandaviya, Nirmala Sitharaman, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Bhupender Yadav, SPS Baghel and Kiren Rijju met Nadda in these two consecutive days and discussing the reshuffle and political equations.

President Draupadi Murmu having an official visit to Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra between July 3rd to 7th. Narendra Modi will be on tour on July 7 and 8 to lay the foundation stones of the projects. Once both Murmu and Narendra Modi are back in Delhi, there will be a cabinet reshuffle, which is expected to be after the 10th of July. The cabinet reshuffle will be finished before the monsoon parliament sessions.

At the Council of Ministers meeting held by Narendra Modi, union minister G Kisha Reddy was not present and his absence is clearing that he will be removed from cabinet rank. However, he was appointed as the state president of Telangana. Kishan Reddy is holding the portfolio of Union Minister of Culture, Tourism and Development of the Northeast region. BJP is also likely to change its leadership in Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh as well after union cabinet reshuffle.
