Going to bed and getting up at the same time every day helps regulate your body's internal clock and improves the quality of your sleep. On weekends and holidays, it is important to stick to this schedule as irregular sleeping habits can alter your body's natural cycles and cause various health problems.

Don't eat too much: As we age, we limit our intake of adequate nutrients. So it's not a good idea to eat too much, but we shouldn't eat too much. It is important to remember that as we age, our metabolism also changes. Eat as much as you need for one meal. This will help you keep your calorie count under control and help prevent many obesity-related diseases. If you eat too much, you may feel bloated and too tired to go about your daily activities.
