Come this Friday, and Bollywood will release its first revenge comedy director Shashant Shah's Bajatey Raho. Starring Dolly Ahluwalia, Tusshar Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Ranvir Shorey, Ravi Kissen and Vishakha Singh, this new genre movie has already garnered a lot of buzz, thanks to its interesting promos that have been making waves everywhere.
Recently, the film was conferred a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). It's a big feat for the makers of the movie, who are only relieved to pass on the film without any cuts.
"At an official level, no member of the censor board is allowed to give a filmmaker any personal feedback on his film. But just looking at their faces after they had watched the film, it felt like they had completely enjoyed it," Shah said in a statement.
"It was visible on their faces and I hope to get the same response from the audience as well," said an excited Shashant.
The interesting storyline of the film revolves around the mantra - “con for con.”
The film has been co-produced by Eros International and Multi Screen Media Motion Pictures.
“Bajatey Raho” will hit the big screens on July 26.
