After scripting a blockbuster with 'Grand Masti', director Milap Zaveri can't wait to kick star with yet another sex comedy, the the third installment of the Kyaa Kool Hain Hum franchise.

Milap said that cowriter Mushtaq Sheikh and he had approached Ekta (Kapoor) for whom he had formerly written 'Shootout At Wadala', 'The Villian' and 'Main Tera Hero'.

Ekta liked the idea of 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3' and has apparently given a go ahead to the project. But there is a hitch!

Although Tusshar Kapoor is sure to star in his next, he is unsure about Riteish Deshmukh who has expressed his reluctance to star in any more sex comedies or do three-hero films.

“Both Masti and Kyaa Kool Hain Hum have established themselves as saleable brands. And since we don't take forward the story with the earlier characters, actors can easily be replaced. But I hope that Riteish, who's a dear friend, stays with both franchises given how popular they have become," says Milap.

The growing rate of sex comedies like Grand Masti and Kya Kool Hai Hum only goes on to show the audience's big appetite for such movies. And Milap Zaveri is already at it!
