Reports from news agency ANI revealed that several schools in Delhi-NCR received bomb threats via email on Monday. It is estimated that approximately 100 schools in Delhi and NCR received these threatening emails. As a result, police have launched search operations in response to the alerts. Among the affected schools are Sanskriti School in Chanakyapuri, Mother Mary School in Mayur Vihar, Delhi Public School in Dwarka and Noida, and Amity International School in Pushp Vihar and Saket. In order to ensure the safety of all students, they have been evacuated and are being sent home. Delhi Police, along with the Bomb Disposal Squad and fire tenders, are currently conducting searches at Delhi Public School in Dwarka. In a statement, the principal's office at Delhi Public School in Noida confirmed that they had also received a threatening email and were taking precautionary measures by sending students home. Mother Mary's School in Mayur Vihar is currently being evacuated, and a thorough search of the premises is ongoing.
Some schools of Delhi received E-mails regarding bomb threats. Delhi Police has conducted thorough check of all such schools as per protocol. Nothing objectionable has been found. It appears that these calls seem to be hoax.

Until further instructions, the Delhi Police has discovered that multiple emails with a similar pattern have been sent to various locations since yesterday. These emails do not mention a specific date and contain BCC, indicating that they have been sent to multiple recipients. Currently, an investigation is underway. However, the Union Home Ministry has deemed the bomb threats to schools in the city and nearby areas as a "hoax" and urges people to remain calm. The ministry assures that the police and security agencies are following the necessary procedures. A home ministry official states that there is no reason to panic as the emails appear to be fake. The Delhi Police has thoroughly checked all the schools that received the bomb threat and found nothing suspicious. In a post on X, the Delhi Police confirms that they have followed the required protocol in examining these schools.
In the city of Delhi, the police school located in R K Puram recently received a message. This occurrence took place during the month of May in the previous year. Another school in Delhi, the Delhi Public School situated in Mathura Road, also experienced a similar incident. An email containing a bomb threat was sent to this school. The police conducted thorough searches but found no evidence of any suspicious items. Consequently, they determined that the threat was a false alarm.
