China is back with the scare of coronavirus and the new cases have seen a huge rise all over. With the neighboring nation reporting huge number of cases, the Indian government is all set to review the situation. A total number of 112 new cases of Covid-19 are reported in India yesterday and the active cases saw a huge decline by 3490 as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. The total cases of coronavirus are at 4.46 crores till date. Weeks after the Chinese government eased all the restrictions of coronavirus, the new cases saw a rise. The people turned against the government for imposing restrictions. Analysts said that there would be millions of deaths in China in the coming days. The experts also said that more than 60 percent of the population in the country will be infected with coronavirus in the next three months.
Indian government is keen to avoid the new wave of Covid-19 after the new cases are rising in China. A review meeting will be conducted today. Health secretary Rajesh Bhushan has sent a letter for all the states and union territories to scale up the genome sequencing. The cases have seen a rise in the nations of Japan, United States of America, Republic of Korea, Brazil and China. The Centre is keen on imposing all the restrictions to prevent the fourth wave of coronavirus. All the states are asked to send the Covid-19 positive samples on a daily basis to the designated INSACOG Genome Sequencing Laboratories (IGSLs). Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will review the situation in the country today. All the experts and the senior health officials will be present.
Epidemiologist Eric Feigl-Ding warned that more than 10 percent of the entire global population is expected to be infected with coronavirus in the next three months.
