Singapore Based education company XSEED Education announced that it has Purchased India’s education Start Up Report Bee.

According to Report, amount of the deal is Undisclosed.

XSEED is a research-based academic program for schools that builds thinking skills and problem solving confidence in children.

XSEED children ask more questions, can write in their own words, like doing word problems in mathematics, can complete their homework on their own, are not afraid to speak up in English, persist longer in solving problems, and score well on tests.

It provides academic programmes for schools through an integrated curriculum, assessment tools.

Edtech Startup Report Bee analyse the performance of individual students, classes and teachers by providing a cloud based software solution that gives to assess and report.

XSEED in a statement on the acquisition of Report BEE said, “By integrating Report Bee’s assessment platform and suite of products, XSEED seeks to make it easier for schools to make real-time assessments, provide personalized student feedback, and analyze data to diagnose teaching gaps.”

According to the the deal, Report Bee founder Ananthraman Mani and co-founders Bala Ganesh S. and Anjan T. will join the XSEED technology product team.

Ashish Rajpal, XSEED founder and CEO, said, “This is an important step towards becoming a complete education technology company. Report Bee brings on board capabilities in analytics, reporting, personalized assessment, and product design that compliment the XSEED Method, products, and philosophy.”
