According to Indian Express, The ruling party Bhartiya Janata Party will form the govt with support of People’s Democratic Party in Jammu & Kashmir.
After a month, the election result was out the BJP and PDP have finalised a power-sharing government and ready to form the next govt in the region.
According to the source quoted by the paper it’s said that PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is to take as oath of the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minster on mid-Friday?
The Deputy Chief Minister will be from the BJP, the party leader Nirmal Singh is in the front of the race.
“We have almost reached a consensus to form the next government with the PDP,” BJP national executive council member and MLA from Billawar, Nirmal Singh, told the newspaper.
“J&K will soon have a stable government headed by a mature politician and a good cabinet team,” he said.
The PDP spokes Nayeem Akhtar also confirmed that PDP and BJP are both together going to form the govt by mid of the February, according to the source.
