An Ohio man was arrested earlier this month after he had started masturbating allegedly on the sidewalk and according to police he was “acting like a gorilla” .

According to a police report, Warren police were initially called to Giant Eagle Plaza for a report of two white men taking their clothes off and running around in the parking lot.

When officers arrived on scene, they found Timothy Cook going bananas

according to the report, “Cook was sweating profusely, acting like a ‘gorilla’ — was squatting on all fours, punching the blacktop and jumping up and down screaming noncoherently”.

Witnesses said that, before cops showed up, the 32 years old entered the License Bureau, waving his arms around. He then exited the building and started masturbating on the sidewalk.

Authorities treated him with Narcan for an apparent drug overdose and transported him to a local hospital.

According to The Smoking Gun, Before his ape antics, Cook already had an active felony warrant for drug possession, . But the hospital declined to put a hold on him so, due to “manpower shortages,” he was released.
