Coconut Oat Crusted Chicken Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast, diced
- 1 Cup Oats
- ¾ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flake
- Few Pinches of Garlic Salt
- Few Pinches of Black Pepper
- ¼ Tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Chop Parsley
- ¼ Cup Egg White
- 1 Tsp Cajun Powder
Coconut Oat Crusted Chicken Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Place a foil on a baking t and put it on a wire rack in centre of baking tray.
In a food processor, take oats, coconut, garlic, salt & spices and grind to fine bread crumb consistency.
In another bowl, whisk all the egg whites.
Douse the chicken pieces in egg white and coat chicken in the oat/coconut mixture. Place in a single layer on the greased rack.
Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes, until al dente.
