Ingredients
Ripe mangoes1 kilogram
Saffron (kesar) 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar, powdered1 cup
Milk, chilled2 1/2 cups
Instruction
Peel and cut the mangoes into cubes.
Blend them along with powdered sugar, milk and saffron in a blender until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls, chill and serve.
