Bollywood beauty Mrunal Thakur turned out to be a signing spree in South. She is doing several Telugu films after the release of Sita Ramam. Her performance in Hi Nanna is widely appreciated. The actress took enough time to get the needed fame. During a recent interview, Mrunal Thakur revealed some bitter past experiences. She said that she was rejected for a role and the filmmaker said that she wasn't looking sexy for the role.

Mrunal Thakur did not respond much and the filmmaker apologized at a later date. Recalling one more experience, a filmmaker wanted her to lose weight around her thighs and the actress responded on a swift note saying "I have thick thighs and I own them". Mrunal Thakur also said that she was comfortable and she thanked her team for transforming her over the years. Over the work front, Mrunal Thakur will be seen in Family Star featuring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. Parasuram is the director and Dil Raju is the producer. The film is announced for April 5th release in summer this year.
