Sonakshi Sinha will share screen space with superstar Rajinikanth in his next movie. The pretty actress will be seen romancing Rajinikanth in a period drama.

Shotgun’s daughter Sonakshi is eagerly waiting for May, when shooting for the film will begin. The actress says few people in the film industry are lucky enough to get an opportunity to work with Rajinikanth in a film.

Sonakshi reportedly said that if she had to debut in South film then this is just what she had been looking forward to.

After this movie the pretty lassie will join actresses like Aishwarya Rai and Deepika Padukone to be the few to have acted with Rajinikanth.

However, things were not as smooth as it sounds now. Rajinikanth was reportedly hesitant to work with Sonakshi. However, he agreed later after his doubts were cleared.

The young and vivacious actress has already worked with senior actors like Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan and has no problem working with Rajinikanth, who is almost her father’s age. Apparently, she considers this film a big opportunity in her career.

The shooting for Rajini’s next film is expected to begin after May 9, when 'Kochadaiiyaan' will release.
