A female passenger fled the plane after an IndiGo flight was evacuated due to a false bomb threat. The incident was captured on video at Delhi airport on the morning of May 28 while the passenger was on a flight from Delhi to Varanasi. An elderly woman and a flight attendant also used the emergency exit to get to the wing. The flight attendant took the woman's hand and helped her down the wing to another slide. The video also shows the IndiGo pilot using an emergency slide to exit the plane after being threatened. As Indigo Flight 6E2211 was about to take off, an explosion occurred at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport, prompting authorities to evacuate all staff and 176 passengers from the plane and launch a search. The Delhi Fire Department said it received a report of a bomb on a flight from Delhi to Varanasi at 5:35 a.m. today.
