India Witnesses a Decline in the New Cases of Coronavirus

Coronavirus is now a part of everyone's life. The second wave of coronavirus shattered several lives in the country and several families are left in a deep financial stress. A total number of 10,423 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country and the total tally reached 3,42,96,237. With 15,021 recoveries, the total number of recoveries in the country reached 3,36,83,581. 443 new deaths are reported in India and the total deaths in India are said to be 4,58,880. There are 1,53,776 active cases in the country and this is the lowest in the last 250 days in India. The total number of vaccinations administered in India are said to be 1,06,85,71,879. A total number of 52,39,444 vaccine doses are administered in India yesterday.

The daily case tally saw a huge decline and the active cases too are decreasing in the country. There are predictions about the third wave of coronavirus early next year and experts warned the people to be careful and extra cautious. Countries like USA, UK, Russia, China, Ukraine and Singapore saw a sharp rise in the new cases of coronavirus in the recent weeks. In India, the states of West Bengal, Assam, and Himachal Pradesh witnessed a hike in the new cases after Dura puja. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the total samples tested for coronavirus are said to be 10,09,045 and the samples tested in total in India for now 61,02,10,339.
