Amidst the constant unrest among Iran and US, people across India were subjected to worries about the disruption of ties with the prior country. Driving all the worry away, it was announced that the Iranian foreign minister, M Javad Zarif is all set to visit India next week.
The same is to safeguard their interested in the field of energy and finances in West Asia. Amidst all the conflict with US, this does settles the issues that Indian authorities could be in question associated with the India-Iran ties.
Zarif is also going to be the keynote speaker in the premiere foreign policy event, Raisina Dialogue, that is set to be conducted in India. This is believed to be the very first public address that Zarif is going to indulge in following the death of the Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.
Zarif had already hosted the Indian foreign minister, S Jaishankar and even met him later again in the Oman-Iran-India trilateral that was conducted in Muscat.
Addressing the regional situation with Zarif, Jaishankar took to his twitter to further clarify the situation that both the countries currently stand on. He clarified the same in a tweeted statement stating:
Just concluded a conversation with FM @JZarif of Iran. Noted that developments have taken a very serious turn. India remains deeply concerned about the levels of tension. We agreed to remain in touch.

India has been in talks with Iran to expand improve the security and the overall economic partnership along with a few other countries located around the Gulf region. Working on the stabilization of the Straits of Hormuz is important for India for the overall energy imports in India.
During Jaishankar’s visit to Tehran, both the ministers sat down to discuss the impending threats that impose on the country from Pakistan without including any kind of names in the same. They also focused on reducing the same by cutting out the support to the terror sanctuaries.
The two countries are also going to be celebrating the bilateral Treaty of Friendship in this year. In this, both the countries are expected to promote better exchanges between the two parliamentarians. The same is also going to be associated with the organizing of the cultural festivals and promote more of the people to people contact.
More impactful youth exchanges are also expected to happen around. The two sides are also working on holding early meeting of the Joint Working Group regarding the talks of trade. The same is also going to include a preferential trade agreement along with the Bilateral Investment Treaty to promote further relations between the countries.
