Bharatiya Janat Party President Amit Shah questions Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan silence on Pulwama terror attack and said we cannot trust him.
Speaking at the India Today Conclave on Friday, Amit Shah said "I believe the track record of our government has been the best in dealing with terror since Independence... Maximum number of terrorists have been eliminated under BJP government led by Modi," he said.
"The Pakistan PM should have at least criticised the Pulwama attacks, at least once. How can we expect anything from him, or trust him. Maybe the situation is not in his control. At least he could have done lip service," he said.
At the same event Nitin Gadkari said he is not in the race to become Prime Minister as it is being widely speculated in the media. He added that nation is moving forward under able leadership of PM Narendra Modi.
He said, “I am not in the race to be the Prime Minister. PM Modi is the PM and will be the PM even after the elections. I am an RSS man, service to the nation is my duty. We are all behind him [PM Modi]. I am another worker in the fulfilment of his vision. Where does the question of me being a PM arise?.”
