India's Minister of Information Technology (IT) KT Rama Rao has assured all possible help to a student suffering from Tuberculous Meningitis and undergoing treatment at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Centre.
The kin of 23-year-old Adithya Reddy had appealed to the Minister over micro-blogging site Twitter to help them in getting Adithya back home from the United States.
Responding immediately, Rao tweeted: "We will do our best to help from the State Government. Also request assistance from External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj ji's office, Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhuji in bringing the young man back home."

Adithya's father Mruthunjaya Reddy had gone to the U.S. earlier this year and was quite incapable after perceiving the condition of his son. The family was seeking assistance from the Central Government and other organizations but up to now, yet none had come forward to their rescue, they said.
