Justin Trudeau Wishes Sikh Canadians On Vaisakhi

On the festival of Vaisakhi, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau once again proving that he is Prime Minister Cool, took up the social media to wish everyone. Beginning with 1 minute, 10 seconds long speech with the Sikh salutation of "Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh," Mr Trudeau goes on to explain why Vaisakhi marks as the most important day of the Sikh faith. He further emphasises the message of inclusivity while ending his speech and said that Sikh Canadians make Canada the strong, rich and also inclusive country that it is today.

Since the message being shared online on Facebook, the speech has been viewed by many people and an outpouring of positive reactions has come to the Prime Minister's way.

On Twitter, the speech has been liked by many. "Thanks Justin Trudeau for celebrating everything multicultural. I really love these posts because I learn about celebrations I didn't know about before. Wishing our Sikh Canadians much joy," said one commenter.

Of course, this is not the first time that Mr Trudeau has celebrated different cultures and faiths and also stressed on the need for inclusivity. In the October last year, he won many hearts when he took to the dance floor and did the bhangra during an India-Canada Association of the Montreal event.
