
Istanbul: Turkey Foreign minister said, that the Turkish authorities have identified the attacker, who is responsible for the attack on an elite Istanbul nightclub in which 39 people were killed including two Indian nationals and around 69 people were injured.

During a televised interview “Mevlut Cavusoglu” told the Anadolu news agency that the identity of the person responsible for the attack has been established.
But he did not mention the name of the attacker or gave any further details.
The attacker stormed the popular Reina nightclub on the Bosphorus and shot 120 bullets at people celebrating the start of 2017 on Sunday.
Of the 39 deceased, 27 were foreigners, including citizens from Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Tunisia,Morocco and India
The Islamic Group of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) claimed the responsibility of the massacre next day after the attack, it was the first time ISIS has produced such a claim for a mass attack in Turkey.
Since escaping from the club after the attack, the gunman has been on the run, although authorities have previously said they were seeking a suspected jihadist from Central Asia, reportedly from Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan.
According to local Turkish media the attacker rented a flat in the Konya before moving to Istanbul to carry out the attack.
There were also media reports which suggesting that the attacker appeared to be well trained in the use of arms and had fought in Syria for the Islamic Group.
