FIR filed against separatist leader Aasiya Andrabi for unfurling the Pakistani flag, calling her actions a case of sedition. She is known for her support to Pakistan and as a hardline separatist. It is reported that she has even sung Pakistan National Anthem and spit venom against India. Jammu and Kashmir Police filed an FIR against Dukhtaran-e-Millat chief Andrabi after she allegedly unfurled a Pakistan flag in Kashmir on March 23, the Islamic Republic's national day. The FIR is registered at the Nawhatta Police Station, accusing Andrabi of unlawful activities.

"The case has rightly been registered against her. It is a straight case of sedition. Those raising the Pakistani flag and singing its national anthem have no right to be in India and therefore the Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken the right decision," BJP national secretary Sidharth Nath Singh told.

"Pakistan has always supported these separatist elements and we welcome the filing of an FIR against Andrabi. I am glad that after the Mufti Mohammad Sayeed government has come to power, they have finally begun prosecuting some separatists, otherwise they seemed to be only releasing everyone," Congress leader PL Punia said.

In the name of secularism, only in India, anti Indian groups can do anything against the country they live. This is because of the pseudo secularism practiced by the so called secular political Parties. It is a mystery why these antinationalists are still living in India and are roaming free. It is time to portray the so called secular political parties secret parlays with separatist for the sake of vote bank politics.
