Pakistan Court has rejected the bail plea of Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi on Friday, who was allegedly master mind behind 2008 Mumbai attack in India.
Lakhvi's counsel submitted the application and said the kidnapping case registered against his client was false, Dawn reported.
While arguing against the bail request public prosecutor Nabeel Tabish said that investigating in the abduction more than six and a half years ago was still underway.
Until and unless the investigation is complete, the First Information Report (FIR) against Lakhvi could not be dismissed, he said.
Judical Magistrate Naveed Khan rejected Lakhvi’s bail plea.
Based on complaint registered against Lakhvi in related to kidnapping case in December 2014 was arrested and taken into custody at Shalimar police station.
