CM designate Arvind Kejriwal likely to induct Manish Sisodia as his deputy, and he may take full-fledged cabinet on February 14, the day he takes oath.

The probables of his cabinet besides Manish Sisodia are Satyendra Jain, Adarsh Shastri, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Jitender Tomar, Kapil Mishra, Sandeep Kumar and Asim Ahmed Khan. While AAP convener is reportedly ignoring former ministers in his last time cabinet, Somnath Bharti and Rakhi Birla.

Ram Nivas Goyal may be chosen as Speaker of the Delhi Assembly while Bandana Kumar could be his deputy.

The reasons for ignoring Somnath Bharti and Rakhi Birla might be their alleged controversies. Bharti led a midnight raid in Khirki extension targeting some African nationals, alleging a sex racket operating out of a rented flat. The Delhi Police refused to cooperate with Bharti and his actions faced severe criticism from women rights activists. While Birla, then minister for women and child welfare, had filed a case against a young boy for allegedly pelting stone on her car. The police, however, said it was a cricket ball. AAP chief then asked her to withdraw the case. However the proper reasons could be varied with this speculation.

Neither the youngest legislator,26-year-old Prakash Jarwal of Deoli constituency nor the oldest MLA Hazari Lal Chauhan (66) from Patel Nagar may not be inducted into cabinet. Interestingly the average of Delhi assembly legislators is just 42.

Ramlila Maidan, the venue for Kejriwal's swearing-in ceremony on 14 February, is getting ready in all dimensions. The day is special for him and his last term government, because he left the office on the same day in 2014, after governing the state for 49days.

Ramlila Maidan, was also the venue of protest by Gandhian Anna Hazare for Jan Lokpal introduction.
