Love knows no boundaries or age. In this case it seems to be a blurring of age difference when it comes to love. A 70-year-old man falls in love with a 15-year-old girl, with whom he eloped to live a life together with her.

On Wednesday the police booked a kidnapping case against the love-stuck septuagenarian as the girl is a minor.

The man named Hafeez, who lives in Bhopal's Bajaria, used to give religious tuitions to the teenaged girl at her residence. The minor girl, whose father is based in Jhasi, is a student of Class X and lived with her grandmother in Kazi camp area in the old city.

According to the police, the septuagenarian met the girl a year ago, when he tutored her on religion.

Six months ago Hafeez stopped visiting the minor girls home. But the pair had fallen in love and were constantly in touch.

Hafeez brought the girl to his room on March 4. But he moved out soon when his neighbours objected. The same night the minor girl's grandmother booked a missing persons report.

The girl's grandmother had suspicion on Hafeez and alerted the police. The cops looked for the man at his residence but he was also missing. Now the police has filed an abduction case against Hafeez and are trying to locate the girl through her mobile network.
