Muammar Gaddafi - just the name is enough to make even the strongest of stomach turn with disgust.

Gaddafi, the Libyan dictator, or shall we say, depraved dictator, who claimed to be the greatest emancipator of women in the Arab world, was in reality a sex-starved despot who submitted his subjects (both male and female, powerful and lowly) to his cruel private lusts.

In a recently released book titled “Gaddafi’s Harem”, a French reporter Annick Cojean lifts the lid on the dictator’s hair-raising cases of sex-slavery.

In her book, Cojean reveals Gadaffi’s stomach turning sexcapades that would leave you nauseous. She writes particularly about Soraya, a 15-year-old school girl who fed the despots lurid and sadistic lust for seven years.

Cojean met Soraya in Tripoli in October 2011 and was immediately struck by her great beauty: apparently, she resembles the actress Angelina Jolie. He later sent his lady guards to nab and carry her to his enslavement camp where he raped, assaulted, abused and even urinated on her.
But Soraya is just one case. There are thousands of other Libyan girls who have suffered equally horrific treatment in the hands of that cruel, heartless despot who even abused men to satisfy his sexual whims.

Though Soraya’s abuser is dead, the pain he inflicted on his country’s women will always stay imprisoned in the harem.
