Legendary Telugu actor Kaikala Satyanarayana who worked in hundreds of Telugu films has been unwell from the past few months. He passed away during the early hours of today due to illness in his residence in Filmnagar, Hyderabad. The actor is 87 years old and he is staying away from films since more than a decade. Kaikala Satyanarayana turned severely ill last year but he recovered completely. He passed away at 4 AM this morning. His family members announced the news about his demise. Several Tollywood celebrities offered their condolences on the demise of the veteran actor.
Kaikala Satyanarayana worked in 800 films in Telugu and other languages. He played interesting and important roles and he was the best actor of the 70s and 80s. His roles as villain turned highly popular. Kaikala Satyanarayana bagged several prestigious awards for his work. He was a part of film industry for five decades. The last rites of Shri Kaikala Satyanarayana will be held tomorrow in Hyderabad. His mortal remains are placed for the public visit in his residence.
