Nandamuri Balakrishna turned extra cautious about his films after NTR biopic and Ruler ended up as duds. The actor is working with Boyapati Srinu in an action thriller. The shoot of the film is on hold due to coronavirus and the makers are in plans to release the film during Dasara this year. There are rumors that Balakrishna will play one of the lead roles in the remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum. The Malayalam movie was a smashing hit and Haarika and Hassine Creations acquired the remake rights of Ayyappanum Koshiyum for Telugu.
Balakrishna watched the film recently but he wasn't convinced by the content in the film. He felt that he would not fit well in the role and he rejected Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake. Rana Daggubati already signed the remake and his home banner Suresh Productions will bankroll the project along with Haarika and Hassine Creations. The hunt for the right director and the other lead actor is currently on. Things will be announced officially at the earliest once they are finalized.
