Sarika Hassan is a miffed mother these days. Ask why?

Well, Sarika is apparently vexed about daughter Akshara Hassan's brewing closeness with Bollywood actor Tanuj Virwani, the son of yesteryear actress Rati Agnihotri. Seems Sarika wants Akshara to focus only on her career now and is reportedly unhappy with her daughter over having more-than just friendship with the young man.

Akshara, the younger daughter of Kamal Hassan and Sarika, is all set to make her debut in a bilingual flick starring Dhanush and directed by R Balki.

Akshara and Tanuj, who have been spotted many times together at his Worli residence in Mumbai, are believed to be dating each other.

What more, Tanuj Virwani is working with Sarika in forthcoming Hindi movie called 'Purani Jeans'. To add salt to the injury, Akshara Hassan visited the sets of the film in Manali and during her week-long stay, spent most of her time with the young actor.
