Analysis

Bimbisara Movie Review, Rating, Story, Cast and Crew

Bimbisara starts on a slow note and once you are into the story, the film never slows down. The film is racy and is packed with all the ingredients. There is hardly a dull moment throughout the film. The songs are well presented and it is the performance of Kalyanram along with the background score of MM Keeravani that takes Bimbisara to the next level. The interval episodes are promising and the first half of the film is pretty impressive. The second half will have high expectations after an impressive first half.

The second half of Bimbisara is racy, action-packed and it is a one-man show of Kalyanram. The action episodes and the VFX work are the major highlights of the second half. The emotional drama was narrated well and Kalyanram steals the show as Bimbisara. The pre-climax and the climax episodes take Bimbisara to the next level. The entire second half is a visual treat for the audience and has no low moments. Bimbisara is the best work of Kalyanram till date and the film also marks a perfect comeback for the actor.

Performance

Kalyanram steals the show and he carries the entire film with perfection. His expressions have been top notch and he is the major highlight of the film. His transformation as Bimbisara is remarkable and the actor's hard work is clearly visible on screen. Catherine and Samyuktha did their parts well and they are decent. Srinivas Reddy generated enough smiles throughout. Vivan Bhatena did well as the lead antagonist in Bimbisara. Thanikella Bharani, Prakash Raj and Vennela Kishore have been decent. All the other actors are good in their assignments.

Bimbisara has an interesting plot and it is well supported by grand technicalities and a gripping narration. The screenplay and the dialogues are very good for a periodic drama and the twists will thrill the audience. The songs in Bimbisara are shot well and they look grand. MM Keeravani is the other hero of the film and he takes the film to the next level with his background score. The VFX work makes the film grand and even the minute detail is well taken care of. The production values are grand enough. Debutant Vassishta makes a grand debut with Bimbisara and he gets full marks for his work. Bimbisara is a blockbuster.
