Nagarjuna Akkineni has been taking utmost care in launching his younger son Akhil Akkineni. There have lot of speculations about the director for some time and we heard the names of Trivikram Srinivas, Puri Jagannadh and some other biggies in the list. Finally the director has been finalized and he is none other than V V Vinayak. Vinayak impressed everyone introducing Bellamkonda Srinivas, son of Bellamkonda Suresh and Nagarjuna has finalized Vinayak after watching Alludu Seenu. Vinayak and Nagarjuna have met couple of times and currently Vinayak is busy in completing the script.

The update is that story line has been finalized and Kona Venkat, Vinayak have been preparing the bound script. However there are new rumours floating about the heroine opposite to this young prince. There have been speculations that Alia Bhatt has been finalized and finally the search ended with Rashi Khanna. The update is that Rashi has been zeroed as the heroine for the movie. Rashi has done a cameo already in Akkineni’s multistarrer Manam. Akkineni Nagarjuna will produce the flick on his own banner Annapurna Studios. The regular shoot of the movie may start from this year end.
