Sony has come up with a high definition music player to retain music lovers and to take on the smart phone. NW-ZX2 is the model of new Sony walkman. When smart phones not entered on to the field walkman and music players dominated the music world.

After ipod and mp3 player enabled mobile phones, the walkman has lost its craze in the market partially. Sony could able to come up with new and advanced high-end gadgets to reach the targeted users. The latest NW-ZX2 is also sporting ultra-new features to beat the smart phone world.

'For a while there was a novelty in carrying 10,000 songs in your pocket,' said Sony's Mike Fasulo at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

'Now, people are seeking a higher quality experience.’ said fasulo. Since the beginning of Sony portable music appliances in the year 1979, the firm, firmly captured the music lovers. The new NW-ZX2 is coming with a 128GB capacity and 60-hour battery life. This can satisfy the users in long journeys, long working hours, etc.

'The new Walkman is a great example of the quality of hi-res audio, and it is tailored for outstanding sound. 'I'm sure everyone here is not ready to delete their MP3 library - and we've got you covered.' said Mr Fasulo.

We have to see how the Sony NW-ZX2 walkman (which may cost £950 ($1,443))is going to attract the market with exclusively music appliance in the gadgets with multiple options like calling, imaging, video graphy, and gaming.
