World's thinnest smartphone is all set to hit the Indian shores on March 30.
Made by Chinese phone maker Gionee, the Elife S5.5 is world's slimmest phone, measuring just 5.5mm.
Although the makers are yet to zero down on a price tag for the phone, in Chine currency, the phone is worth approximately Rs. 23,500.
Touted as their biggest launch, Gionee has planned a two day gala launch event to be held in Goa on March 30-31.
This ultra-portable mobile phone will come with savvy specs like a 5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display (only Samsung has this feature), an octa core 1.7 GHz processor, a 13 megapixel rear snapper and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera, and Amigo OS, a improved, interesting version of the Android.
