Salads
Watch what you have in your salads. It can be a healthy food only if you stick to nutritious food items. Salad add-ons like cheese, bacon and sour cream can inflate the calorie content of this healthy meal.
If you want to make your salad healthy then order for the dressing on the side. That way you can easily keep a tab of the calorie count.
