Grooming rules for working women is slightly different from the others. Workplace grooming can be a bit tricky - there is a need to look good but not overly made up. Women who work in offices have to dress correctly as they make an impression - on their seniors, juniors and co-workers - in office every day. The line that divides the well dressed and the over-dressed is indeed thin. And a woman cannot be shabbily dressed at any cost.

Working women need to look fresh at work. Keep your skin well moisturised and hydrated to get a fresh look.

Opt for a neat look, meaning get an even skin tone. Make it a point to wear foundation or makeup on your face to ensure an even skin tone.

If you have dark circles, your face will look untidy. Take help of a concealer to conceal the eye circles as they give a sleepy look.

Bright eyes look attractive and attentive. Your grooming is incomplete without a touch of mascara and lip colour. Mascara gives a polished look, while a lip colour will enhance your appearance.

Long nails with nail art looks offensive in an office setting. Keep your nails short and clean.

While its good to look attractive, you definitely don't want to look ready for a party. Keep your eye makeup simple and stay away from electric blue eyeshadow.

Looks matter as nobody wants to work with a co-worker who looks sleepy and dull.
