Every woman wants to get radiant skin like models seen in commercials. Models don't do anything extraordinary, they just do things right. Beautiful skin that glows with health is not very difficult. You just need to adopt a beauty regimen that best suits your lifestyle. Everyday stress, polution and a hectic lifestyle leaves a toll on your facial skin. Here are a few beauty tips to get glowing skin.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables

The skin works inside out. So be careful what you eat. Your skin is likely to be dull if you survive on fast food and aerated drinks. Start eating healthy food to get back your skin's glow. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily meals. Make sure you adopt a balanced diet consisting of protein, veggies and fruits for that model-like radiant skin.

Use cold water to wash face

Make sure to wash your face with plain water while cleansing. Cold water is best for the facial skin as it helps to keep the moisture intact by sealing pores. Avoid warm water as it dries out your skin.

Exercise regularly

Models have a glowing skin as exercise is an important part of their daily regimen. Practise some form of exercise everyday. Besides keeping your body fit, regular exercise gives you glowing skin. Exercise helps in blood circulation that is vital for skin glow. Spend at least 30 minutes to one hour exercising your body. Walking, jogging, yoga or dancing helps to keep your body fit and gives radiant glow to your skin.
