The workplace is a formal environment but you can still dress up tastefully. Workplace grooming can be a bit tricky. Women who work in offices have to dress correctly. The way you dress and your grooming make an impression on your co-workers, seniors as well as juniors. While dressing up for office, women have to walk a thin line between being well-dressed and over-dressed. And you cannot afford to be shabbily dressed.

Do's and Don'ts of office grooming:

Office grooming requires you to look fresh to deal with the day's workload. Moisturise your skin everyday to get that fresh and hydrated look.

The skin tone should be uniform as it looks neat. Wear foundation or makeup to get an even skin tone. Washed out look doesn't suit a formal place. Thats best left at home or for the holidays.

Dark circles give an untidy look to your appearance. Use concealer over eye circles as they make you look sleepy at work.

Enhance your appearance with a touch of mascara and lip colour. Mascara gives a polished look, while lip colour adds vibrancy to your appearance.

Long nails with nail art are good for college goers and fashionistas. They look offensive in an office setting. You nails should be short and clean and free from distracting displays.

Wear some eye makeup, but keep it simple. Also make it a point to avoid wearing electric blue eyeshadow.
