Super talented actor Suriya has been shooting for back to back movies in his career and his last movie Anjaan ended as a debacle at the box-office. He is currently shooting for Masss in the direction of Venkat Prabhu and the movie has been slated for release in May. Nayanathara and Praneetha are the heroines in the movie and KE Gnanavelraja is producing the movie on Studio Green banner. Suriya has signed his next film in the direction of Vikram Kumar who directed two super hit movies in Telugu Ishq and Manam.

The latest news is that the regular shoot of the movie will start from April 17th with a grand launch in Chennai. The movie has been titled as 24 and the movie is said to be a thriller and will be shot exclusively in 3D. The movie will commence shooting in Mumbai and Samantha will play the female lead in the movie. Suriya will produce the movie on his own banner 2D Entertainments and KE Gnanavelraja will be presenting the movie on Studio Green banner. 24 will be made on a whopping budget and the film will release in Telugu and Tamil in December.
