Samantha might soon bid adieu to films and showbiz, we hear.

The actress sent shockwaves among her fans as she hinted about her plans to quit movies sometime in the future. She says that she would like to quit when at the peak of her stardom than when she is left without any work.

There have also been reports on 'Anjaan' actress tying the knot with alleged beau Siddharth in 2015. And her latest statement just adds a fillip to those speculations.

Recently, she claimed,"I would like to quit when I'm busy acting in multiple projects rather than calling it a day after a few years when I'm left with no projects at all."

Apparently, this is no sudden thought. In fact, she has been mulling over this for quite sometime now although she isn't sure when she plans to do it.

Right now, Samantha has four movies in her kitty including Vijay starrer 'Kaththi which will hit the screens for Diwali and a movie with Goli Soda fame director Vijay Milton.

So she isn't going to quit movies anytime soon.
