The festival of Vasant Punchami highlights the coming of spring. People wear yellow clothes and worship goddess Saraswati, who is the Goddess of knowledge and art and learning. They organize kite flyings and welcome the joyful spring.
Gayatri Parivar is organizing ‘Saraswati Pujan and Maha Yagya’ on the occasion of Vasant Punchami at Center for Gayatri Consciousness center in Katy. The program is scheduled to be happened on Sunday, February 21 at 4:00PM.
Gayatri Parivar invites you to join a joyous spiritual celebration and observe the blessings from Maa Saraswati. According to the organizers, the highlights of the program are Bhajans, Pravachan and 20 kundi deep Yagna. The Yagna will be performed by saints from Haridwar, India. Organizers invite all for this auspicious occasion. The event is free of cost and mahaprashad will be served at the end of the program.
