Air India’s Special Flight for Evacuating Indians from Wuhan

The coronavirus has been spreading at a steady rate across the globe and is being responsible for taking several lives and many more getting infected with the deadly virus.

A special flight has been set up for evacuating Indians from the Wuhan city of China which is said to be the epicenter of the deadly coronavirus.

It is said that an Air India special flight will be departing today from Delhi to the city of Wuhan in the Hubei province of China in order to evacuate the Indians in the midst of the outbreak of the coronavirus.

It has been said that a 423- seater jumbo plane has been kept ready by India in Mumbai and also would serve for the evacuation of the Indian citizens from the Wuhan city in China, as said by an official source.

The Boeing 747 will be making a brief halt in Delhi after making a start from Mumbai.

The Indians who are living in the Hubei province of China who are said to be around 600 were asked to ascertain their willingness in order to get them them back to India, by the government of India.

The number of individuals being infected with the deadly coronavirus and the number of deaths that are being caused due to the coronavirus has been increasing in China with the number of deaths climbed to 213 and the cases of the patients being infected has been confirmed have increased to being 9,692 in total , as said by the national authorities of China.

It has been declared by the United Nations (UN) health agency and the World Health Organization (WHO) that there exists an international emergency over the deadly novel coronavirus which has been originated from China.

The international emergency that has been declared by the United Nations health agency and the World Health Organization is a rarely used designation which could lead to the improved international co- ordination in order to tackle the disease.

The coronavirus has been declared as the deadly virus for which there has been no vaccination developed and it has been said by the World Health Organization (WHO) that the coronavirus is a zoonotic virus. Zoonotic is a term that is used in order to describe a virus that has been transmitted from animals and is then being spread from one human to another.
